Terms of Use

By subscribing to Gaming Royale, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Subscription

  1. Gaming Royale is a mobile gaming service available to MTN Ghana subscribers at http://billgh.gamingroyale.club/ (service subscription and billing information page) and https://playgh.gamingroyale.club/ (games content store)
  2. Subscribers can access casual games and participate in gaming tournaments available on the Gaming Royale platform.
  3. Subscription charges are:
    1. GHS 5 per week, or
    2. GHS 1 per day,

      3. depending on the selected plan.

  4. Subscription fees will be deducted from your MTN mobile balance.
  5. If insufficient balance is available, partial or discounted charges may be applied where supported.
  6. Your subscription will automatically renew until you unsubscribe.

Service Access

  1. Access to games and tournaments is provided upon successful subscription at https://playgh.gamingroyale.club/
  2. If your account cannot be charged, your subscription may be placed in a grace period while billing is retried from your mobile balance for a period of 14 days
  3. Continued failure to renew may result in automatic cancellation of the service.

Unsubscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  1. Visiting the Gaming Royale platform at https://playgh.gamingroyale.club/ and selecting My Account > Unsubscribe from the side menu button, or
  2. Dialing *175# and following the subscription management options.

Tournament Rewards

  1. Gaming Royale subscribers may participate in tournaments and compete for rewards.
  2. Rewards are awarded based on leaderboard rankings and tournament rules.
  3. Reward details and structure is displayed on the respective tournament detail pages.
  4. Rewards may include:
    1. Gaming Royale Diamonds which are automatically redeemed into MTN Airtime or MTN Data
    2. Other promotional rewards
  5. Rewards are distributed after tournament completion and subject to verification.

Notifications

Subscribers may receive SMS notifications regarding subscription activation, renewal, rewards, and service updates.


Privacy

Your mobile number may be used solely for service delivery, customer support, reward fulfilment, and service improvement purposes.


General

  1. Gaming Royale reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any game, tournament, reward, or feature at any time.
  2. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use.
